ABOUT NYDIA. Nydia is a Contract management professional highly experienced in the management of multimillion contracts for both selling and buying. She has strong negotiation skills. She is great at developing contract teams to drive business success. She currently works for L-3 COMM Vertex Aerospace. In her previous roles, she's been a Director of Contracts for BAE Systems and worked with other companies such as Rockwell Collins and in the US Air Force.  She received a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
