Kathleen Nugent, J.D.
President, NCMA North Texas Chapter

Kathleen Nugent, J.D., serves as the President of the NCMA North Texas Chapter, leading initiatives to advance contract management and procurement practices in the region. With a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, she brings a wealth of legal expertise to her leadership role.

Kathleen’s professional background spans contract management, policy analysis, and legal compliance across diverse sectors including international corporations, federal, state, and local government, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. As a seasoned Contracts and Commercial Management professional, she leverages her broad experience to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
