Mike Carroll is the President of Lawelawe Technology Services, a recognized leader in the delivery of complex IT services to the federal government. With extensive experience in government contracting and change leadership, he is a frequent speaker and author on topics that bridge the gap between government and industry. Mike has presented at NCMA’s Nexus Conference on strengthening relationships between public and private sectors and presented at this year's DAU Summer Flagship event. His talk, titled “The Acquisition 3 Ring Circus", focused on improving acquisition outcomes by changing organizational structure.
He co-authored the July issue of Contract Management Magazine on workforce development and is currently writing an upcoming feature, “Rules for Leading Through Change.” Passionate about developing acquisition professionals, Mike brings practical insight and engaging perspectives that inspire teams to lead with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
